Mindful parenting is about bringing your conscious attention (and your sense of humor!) to your interactions with your child. Join us for this two-part parenting workshop. ($40 for both workshops)

Part 1: Mindful Parenting through the Holidays: The holidays can be full of joy, but also full of stress! If you feel like you can’t relax or you’re running on empty, now is the perfect time to pause and make time for self-care and stress management. Connect with other parents while practicing techniques based on mindfulness and self-compassion. Held on Thursday, December 13th

Part 2: Mindful Parenting in the New Year: If your New Year’s resolution is to yell less and enjoy parenting more, than this workshop is for you! Understanding your child’s challenging behavior – and your own stress response – will help you learn to deal with challenging moments more empathically and effectively. Held on Thursday, January 10th
